Unfortunately we don't offer returns on flower deliveries however if for any reason you're not satisfied with your flower order please get in touch and we'll do our best to help. Once orders have been placed we are unable to offer refunds.

If you change your mind about a home or lifestyle item you can return them for a full refund within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please email cs@the-floristry to process a return. 

Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed once the items have been received.
